Michelle has extensive senior management experience working for small and large businesses that has enabled her to identify the importance of wellbeing in the workplace.

Having a passion to make a difference and recognising the critical role of the line manager, Michelle established bbutterfly to support organisations to develop a “wellbeing” culture.

Michelle is also an accredited APMG International Change Management Foundation & Practitioner™ and a qualified CMCIH Practitioner Status that compliments being a Wellbeing Workplace Consultant.
